Willoughby House is a beautiful House set within walking distance to Beeston High Street, which has an array of restaurants, coffee shops, High street shops, Grocery shops and a New shopping mall/cinema due to be completed 2020/2021. Beeston is one the best & affluent suburbs in Nottingham and benefits from access to the award-winning transport system such as the Nottingham city Tram Network, and Trent Barton Buses. It is a walking distance to Uni of Notts, QMC and Nottingham Tennis Centre. 15 mins by bus to City Centre. BEESTON City Centre is currently witnessing massive investment and transformation and is currently dubbed one of the best towns in Nottingham.

The award winning Attenborough nature reserve is 10 minutes drive from the property.

The Property itself has been furnished to provide a contemporary Home with 55 inch Smart TV, high speed Sky internet and a work desk in room. for those visiting for work/ business. Guests are free to use all facilities provided such as car park space at the property.

Great little house, good location

Clean and cosy house. Clear instructions on how to access. Very handy for Beeston amenities, and 3 mins walk from local tram stop to the city centre

Ideal location for Beeston & Nottingham

The photographs online need updating. The entrance has very worn carpet. Mattresses need changing as not comfortable and very soft this was the same for the pillows. Overall not as good as we had hoped for.

A very comfortable stay

The location is tucked away very close to the High street in Beeston so very convenient . Tram stop not too far either. The off road parking is a big attraction for us. Inside the house is very welcoming, generally well equipped and very comfortable bed. Because of it's location, don't expect a view, the back of the house looks onto an industrial block but it really isn't an issue. if the kitchen was supplied with a vegetable knife and a smaller saucepan for boiling an egg, it would have been perfect for us. The space was very warm and comfortable.
