Lots of stairs, no air-conditioning but we did have a fan. Window blind broken, but hid view of brick walls! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Good location, next to train station.

Lovely room and bathrooms.helpful staff.great location for train station and coach station.breakfast sounded lovely unfortunately I was in a rush for my coach.I hope to partake in the breakfast on a future visit.I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Bentinck Hotel
