Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

They ended up sending a housekeeper up with some but it’s just the point that it was like pulling teeth to get some. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Hotel bar needs a better payment system, lots of family member’s meals and drinks ended up on our tab. At one point our tab was on some random person’s room number which we made sure to fix. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with some minor flaws."
