We stayed here for 5 days and we were amazed with the very warm welcome from the polite receptionist, Rosza. Our room is very clean and neat. Location is perfect. We were able to walk around even late at night. All the transport route are very accessible including the main railway station.
Also with thanks to Philip one of the young receptionist who guided us through while searching for the places we’d like to visit.
Breakfast iare good too. I would highly recommend Portal house to everyone.

What a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very spacious. We stayed for the Easter weekend and they extended breakfast hours, had Easter treats in the room and celebrated Easter with cakes. The staff were really helpful and the location was fantastic. 5 mins from the old town square and Wawel castle but surrounded by a beautiful park. I would definitely stay here again.
