Clean room, comfortable bed, good choice for breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel in a quiet street but within 2mins of main square and 10mins from main train station, 25mins from airport. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely choose again if returning to Kraków.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite, but to call it a five-star hotel, I think is stretching the point. It's more like 4.5 stars. It doesn't quite come off as a five-star hotel.
Location was good, but several little things didn't work out for us. For example, we couldn't get into our room because the card didn't work. When they fixed that and gave us a key and a card, it still didn't work. It was little things like that that didn't live up to the hype. We had an issue with the car on arrival. The manager was very helpful and gave us a free ride back to the airport when we left.
