This is a place for a memorable summer in Maine, with a private dock, two kayaks, a pair of stand-up paddleboards, and a canoe to take out on the water daily. Sunday River Resort is open for all seasons with an on-site dock and is great for canoeing and outdoor activities.

This lakefront home boasts a quiet, rural setting just over two miles outside downtown Norway. The incredible lake view can be taken in as you prepare breakfast in the kitchen, grill and dine on the expansive back deck, and gather around the firepit each evening for s'mores, stories, and stargazing.

The living spaces are spread out across three floors, with wood-paneled walls adding warmth and character throughout. The great room combines the well-equipped kitchen (with a large breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances), the dining area, and a cozy living room with a big-screen TV and a leather sectional. For even more at-home fun, head downstairs to the game room in the walk-out basement to find air hockey, foosball, and another TV.
