「Let me start off by saying that we had a great stay. It was very easy to get to Sunday River to ski all four days that we were there. That being said there are a few things that I feel others on VRBO should know. First, you are booking a townhouse that is part of the Bethel Resort and Suites. The location on the map is not the location of the unit. Check in is at the hotel front desk, which is getting a facelift, and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. 「The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.」
