INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, PRIVATE 86 acre Retreat and Event Space

Privacy assured on 86acres with open space, extra-large deck, indoor pool that opens to the outside, hot tub, sauna, 3 fire pits, swimmable pond with beach, covered bridge, movie theater, rec space with bar and 9ft pool table all while being within minutes of everything the Bethel area has to offer. This is the perfect space for large gatherings of friends and families to spread out and enjoy time together. Weddings and events are allowed. Please ask for details before booking to assure we can host your event. Prices listed are for up to 12 people. Please enter the number of guests for accurate pricing. This is to create affordable access to the property for smaller groups. If more people stay at the property than booked, the difference in cost and a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The same applies to pets brought without paying the pet fee. We are trying to be fair with pricing so we ask for the same respect in return. Thank you for understanding.

Comfy home, great location

Our extended family stayed to ski Sunday River. Proximity to mountain was great. Home is so comfortable, lots of space to hang out. Plenty of air mattresses provided, tons of comfy blankets, the pool was so fun and hot tub an essential apres! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Hanover Vacation at Birch Lane

We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!

Excellent Vacation Getaway

This home has more than exceeded our expectations. Very impressed with the cleanliness, privacy, large range of amenities, beautiful spacious yard and friendly communication. We had the absolute best time here! We came for a bachelorette and it couldn’t be more perfect. The host was so accommodating, we needed extra folding tables for our outdoor dinner plan and they made sure we had what we needed and didn’t have to pack it ourselves. 10/10 would recommend!

There is so much to do on this property! Of course the pool was fun for the kids and adults but there are so many games for outside use as well. We had four young children and eight adults stay for a week. There still wasn’t enough time to do it all!

AMAZING home to stay for a ski trip!

This house was perfect for our group of friends on a ski trip! The gear room was super spacious, the house was incredibly clean and stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and comfortable, and all the amenities (hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, theater, pool table) were truly top notch. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating! It was a perfect stay and we hope to stay again in the future! Couldn’t recommend this home more.

Hidden Gem

A wonderful place for our multi generational family gathering. House had so many games and activities for kids and adults you really just need to pack your clothes and go. Our littles loved pulling the wagon along the driveway and the big kids loved riding their bikes they brought along the dirt driveway. From swimming, paddling in the pond, relaxing by the fire pits and watching movies after a game of pool. The house has so many amenities. Everyone loved their stay and wanted to plan our next visit before we left!

The Perfect Property!

This property was perfect for our group! 20 guys for a bachelor party. 17 slept in the house and 3 set up tents in the yard. The house comes with everything you could ever want. Pool, pond, volleyball, ping pong, sauna, movie theatre and more! 10 minutes to Sunday river golf which is an amazing place to play! Janna was very clear and responsive and made everything simple. Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful property, great host, everything you need and more!

Family vacation during a rare heat wave! House was meticulously kept and very clean! House is better than pictures! We had plenty to do with pool, games outdoor and in, hot tub, pond for catching frogs which little ones enjoyed. Our host Janna was easy to reach before and during our stay! Kitchen was well stocked and there is even an air fryer for left overs or quick meals for kids. Honestly it is one of our favorite rentals. So much to do without leaving the property. Thanks Janna for sharing your beautiful home with all its amenities!

Pictures don’t do this property justice!! So amazing!!

We absolutely loved this place and the attention to detail that Jenna and her team provided. We booked the location for my wife’s 40th birthday and upon arrival, there were balloons and a card for her! Everything contained in the listing was accurate and the house looked immaculate. The pool and hot tub were both super clean and much enjoyed =). They really thought of everything - from kitchen needs to outdoor activities and firewood, they provided it all. We brought our dogs along and they enjoyed the property as much as we did. We look forward to coming back!

Excellent Rental for kids and dogs!

The Property was absolutely beautiful!!! Lots of privacy and a ton of land for the dogs to run around. The pool was such a great feature for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. The spiral staircase was a little tight going up and down and not great for the grandparents but minor drawback. We had some trouble with the internet and tvs not turning on when we first arrived (likely due to the snow storm) but the owner sent someone out right away to resolve the issue. Excellent communication. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider staying again in the future!

Absolutely Perfect!

Wow! This was truly an amazing home to stay at! We are party of 8 with our pets and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. This house has everything you need. I liked to get up early and swim in the heated pool before having morning coffee on the deck. While enjoying my coffee I was entertained by the Belted Kingfisher flying along and catching her breakfast in the pond, often with deer walking around in the clearing behind her. Perfect way to start the day! During the day we swam in the pond and the pool, enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and played yard games. The deck and yard are huge! You have your choice of fire pits too! There was so much to do- we did not even get to do it all in our week stay! Nights we would play games inside- the table was large enough to accommodate all of us, our game and snacks! Other nights we would play pool or have a fire and watch the stars. We were there during the Perseids which was also a wonderful treat! The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you could need. There are also many places close by to go out to eat- or grab food to go and come back to the house and sit outside and eat (our choice every time!). Many in our group like to explore the local area when we go on vacation- not so this time. There was so much to see and do that we hung out at the house every day! It was fun filled and super relaxing! We cannot wait to come back!

This house has everything you can possibly need! Every amenity from pools toys, theater room, every kitchen gadget you can think of and more. The beds were so comfortable! Everything was easily accessible and the grandkids spent almost all day in the pool and hot tub. The sons used the sauna daily. So many things to do inside. We cannot wait to come back in warmer weather and enjoy the outside as well! We rent houses for our annual family Christmas. All 11 adults and 7 grandkids said this was their favorite place. We will be back!
