"Me and my wife stayed in Hyatt Regency Greenwich Old Greenwich, Connecticut for 3 days, it was the most horoble experiance in my life, whaen I open the door of my room I get the roof of the hotel as a view of my window, the room was verry far fron the eleventer, the room service knocking on my door at 9am, I ask for couple plate "

"I was desperate so I had to check in this hotel but I will never ever stay here again in my life! There are no microwaves in the rooms for good reason because there is an infestation of ANTS on the fourth floor, the heat doesn’t work, your room key just stops working randomly, there are hookers and drug addicts all over the building, I just came from the hair salon and the maintenance workers literally blew the dirt and leaves into a tornado form throughout the entrance of the building and left it there for housekeeping to sweep back outdoors the following day and a FOUL odor in the AIR IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. "

"Wish they had an indoor pool instead of an outdoor pool but that’s a personal preference and the water pressure for the toilets are really bad but not their fault. Hot water was amazing! Everything super clean we missed breakfast because the bed was superrrrr comfortable needed another pillow and that would have made it perfect but the ones we had were fine. Promptness of staff was excellent and next business trip I’ll probably stay here again one of the major downsides for me is I was told the TV’s were smart televisions but they are not and definitely wish they would upgrade that. "
