The communication with the host was great while we were there, but really poor before and after the stay. We needed to alter our travel plans prior to arriving and I had to threaten to cancel the stay to get their attention. 「This property was very clean and spacious with many closets for storage. The beds were comfortable and there are separate heat pump units in each of the bedrooms and the main living area. There are many restaurants close by.It's on the third floor so there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.」
