"Staff was very accommodating, but our tent was not ideal with rainy conditions. Tents should have been checked after the rain. Also, nobody was there for checkout for rented heater return."

"It’s exactly what it says it is. I don’t do much camping so it was nice to have a comfortable bed in an off the grid tent. I stayed in a king bed tent with my husband and 2 dogs. It is as comfortable as one can be camping. If you don’t want to camp stay somewhere else. Over all I loved it even with rain and a thunderstorm. We stayed dry and warm! I would stay again or recommend if that’s the type of stay your looking for."
