"I didn’t stay in my room. I walked in and there was already issues. No power to the tv, microwave, and fridge. I went to the reception desk and he already knew what was the issue. Loose connections. He went in to fix it and yes it worked. He left I went to get my bags to bring them in. I opened the fridge to put something in there and a gnat comes from out of it. I went to the restroom. Gnats in the there flying around. Weren’t many but enough to say no I’m not doing this. I complained about it and when I put the request about a refund it was denied because the receptionist but I complained about bed bugs. Not once did I say bed bugs. Even told him there was bugs flying around. Even the office chair was completely rusted. I even asked for another room but they were full. I mean you get what you pay for right?"

"Everything by was great but it didn’t seem like my room had ventilation and it felt quite damp with a mildew smell. The staff were amazing and I really appreciated the late checkout. "

"Room had a weird smell. Bathroom door is a slider that didnt even close correctly. Very awkward for a shared room. Breakfast was good. Noce varoety of fresh foods on hand. Staff was friendly, only interaction waa check in."

"The place was wonderful. My only dislikes were you had to pay for breakfast and for parking each day of your stay. Otherwise everything was great."

"Clean big rooms. Free parking. The bathroom counter and toilette arebtoo short for me but it is manageable. Theybdont provid any complementary water in the lobby or rooms. "

"Room was okay but a bit old. To my surprise, the restroom could be seen from outside since there was a only thin blind."

"Terrible place. super dirty inside and out. Blood & water stains on the 20yr carpet. Plumbing not working properly. Ask front desk to move us, but stated they were at full compacity. We had a concert to go and running late so had to stay. Seem there were homeless people staying there. People smoking Pot in & outside. breakfast sux. It was all pickup before the 10am mark. Bad area never again. hope to get a refund. "
