"Let’s see the ice machine did not work on either floor, so there was no ice. It was the loudest motel I’ve ever been in and I ended up having to get up and switched motels for tonight. They had a group of constructions workers out until late and then slamming doors and doing all kinds of things from like 6 to 8. Front desk was rude as hell and I tried it because it looked from the outside like a nicer hotel. Once you get to the inside, things are definitely run over and there does not seem to be any organization at the front whatsoever. When I asked to leave they said I would not get any sort of refund at all these kind of chains who put low paying people in there and wonder why their business is flop."

"Would NOT recommend! Bed was clean, but room was NASTY!! Front staff acted like we interrupted her cell phone conversation when checking in & the front lobby smelled of marijuana. Bathroom light didn’t work, shower didn’t work, air conditioner made noises all night & the walls were NASTY!! Forfeited our 2nd night & left! "

"The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels like a fishbowl when it would be so easy to fix it."

"The elevator was the scariest thing, felt like it was going to break every single time I unfortunately had to take it. The place was quiet and the staff was amazing I will say but place has alot of problems "
