No fridge which was inconvenient and no ice bucket provided. But the staff was amazing! Bed super comfortable. Shower did take most my shower to get hot, but was a steady warm ish. Clean room. I did not explore the hotel outside of the room itself so with that being said my rating is “good”.

My hotel experience had a lot of issues. Things from, loud humming in the wall that woke me up in the middle of night, had to switch rooms, no hot water one night and door lock/key issues. Like I said the staff was super friendly, apologetic, and accommodating, but to know so many staff members by name on a 3 night stay, is not the best experience. I will not be staying there for my next business trip.

This hotel was a perfect distance to my sons’ apartment, and it would be perfect if they didn’t charge $15/ day for parking. The place needs new TV’s as well, which they are working on, but the staff and service was excellent!

Claro, aquí tienes una versión en inglés, más clara y detallada: **The room was a good size, but the TV was outdated. It only had regular channels and did not offer any updated or modern options such as streaming services. Also, there was no phone in the room, which could be a problem in case of an emergency.** **The sound insulation was very poor; you could literally hear what was happening in the room next door. The room itself felt a bit old, and the bathroom had some issues as well. The bathtub stopper was not working properly, and one of the biggest inconveniences was that there was no hot water in the shower.** **I understand that this hotel is located in Austin, but I still think it is unreasonable to charge for parking when the parking lot is outdoors and not covered. Overall, it is a good hotel, but it feels somewhat outdated and could definitely use some improvements and updates.**

Staff is very nice and accommodating. I stayed 4 nights. The condition of the room could’ve been much better. It smelled and my eyes and nose ran the whole time. Might be moldy. The A/C was so loud when it clicked on you could not hear the tv. Although very convenient location I will not stay here again.
