「The host was great! Very communicative. We appreciated the living spaces and were overall very happy with our stay. The kitchen and living spaces are set up for comfort. We felt at home in every room. Small things to consider before booking: 1. The hot water doesn't last. Long showers are not a possibility. 2. The Chromecast devices aren't reliable and/or are missing remotes. Bring your own devices for casting (or HDMI plug-in).Our pup unfortunately didn't make it with us on this trip, however...

「The property is beautiful; I loved that they had a Christmas tree setup; it made it feel more at home. The bedrooms were great; very quiet even when you have people downstairs.The japanese hot-tub in the back was unique, and could fit about 4 - 5 people comfortably, so it was bigger than I thought.FYI, the owner lives next door, because this building is half a duplex.My friends all said we'd definitely stay again, so 5 / 5. 「We had a delightful stay here while we visited Denver with our daughter and family. It is a clean, well-stocked and updated house. The location is excellent with short walks to several great restaurants and coffee shops. It's an easy walk across the interstate to REI. This place was perfect for our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and there was good communication throughout our stay. I can't recommend this home more highly. We have found our place for future Denver visits.」
