I did suggest to the host that a book with info in it would be a good addition to the VRBO (wifi password, checkout info, etc.), and a few more baking dishes. We cooked in rather than going out and we had plenty of pots and pans but could have used some baking dishes and muffin pans. 「There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows. Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again. Horrible staff, horrible service. 「Overall a nice hotel. Had trouble getting connected to the internet. It took 5 calls to the front desk for her to give me a different network to use, which I did connect to, but it was too slow to do anything with. The room's air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was so loud when operating it interrupted sleep.」
