「Front desk lady gave us a up grade because of our anniversary and it was a last minute trip because my husband was immediate to the hospital. The hotel is nice just need a little tlc. Please get rid of that old flower couch to low to the floor and dust the vents. It's sad no one wants to work anymore so everything not open in the hotel. Also to much chlorine in the hot tub. Could enjoy that and it wasn't working properly.」

「Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!」

「The staff was kind and courteous. Check in and check out went smoothly. We booked a loft room and it was very spacious and clean, added bonus for the small kitchenette. However, the TV in loft was smaller and there was no TV in the downstairs queen bedroom. We used the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool, both were great. 「Unusual hotel stay but overall worked out well. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they were often not at the reception desk. Didn’t need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. 「The hosts went above and beyond to provide amazing service. We received a reach out prior to coming, a tour when we got there and recommendations on where to rent sleds and a list of restaurants to go to dinner. One of us got hurt sledding, and they went above and beyond to help us with that unfortunate period event, which had nothing to do with renting us a room.」
