"The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go. There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy."

"Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. "We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area.
