It's comfortable and the design is amazing. It feels really welcoming. We got an upgraded room with a big window. The staff is very nice and helpful. They really did the best to make our stay great. "This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks. "

"The service and room were both excellent! My sister and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever we had any questions. We especially appreciated how they took the initiative to remember our names and greet us each day, which made our stay feel even more warm and welcoming. They knew we had an early flight back on our last day so they even prepared breakfast boxes for us :) The breakfast was also not bad. Overall, my sister and I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay."
