"Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere, che si presentano sempre pulite e ordinate. Si percepisce chiaramente una gestione attenta e professionale, merito soprattutto del direttore, una figura presente e competente che sa organizzare al meglio tutto lo staff. Anche il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale, disponibile e preparato, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza...

"Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel.
These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive."

"The property is beautiful. The restaurant waiters are the best!!
On the lowlight, the shower’s hot water didn’t properly work, and the beach in front of the hotel was quite dirty.
Overall we’d stay again at this hotel, but it’s a little bit overpriced."

"This hotel is sublime. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff are very helpful. The pool area is lovely and the shuttle to the private beach was incredibly convinient and luxerious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel is also well located and a five minute walk to local resturants and shops. 10/10. "
"This was one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever had a chance to stay at. The property is gorgeous and private, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was spectacular. We really loved the convenience of the shuttle bus to La Pelosa beach! It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The pool area was pretty and clean too. I would definitely return here for a longer stay next time. Everything was perfect. "

"Consider renting one with AC during the summer, the heat can be difficult to handle.
Also keep in mind that you will not have housekeeping unless you stay over 9 nights.
There’s not a lot of flexibility on check in.
Still, the place is a corner of paradise, beautiful!"

The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily.
Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian.
The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food.
The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue.
There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool.
The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !! "
