「We chose this motel because their website states that the location is a 12 minute walk from the West Virginia University baseball stadium. That is a blatant LIE. You actually CANNOT walk safely to the stadium, and it takes at least 10 minutes (if there is no traffic) to drive there. Expedia needs to force this motel to change the information on their website or remove them from their suggested motels in Morgantown,」

「Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property.」

「I don’t have enough words to express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel whether it was morning or night they are always super nice and lovely people and they are always keeping the place clean they are very resourceful I love this great food a few steps from the hotel and grocery stores less the 1/4 of a block I will seat here again and again !!!!」

「The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there...

「Drove 5 hrs room had hair every where, floor wasn’t mopped, tub was stopped up & room smelled bad. I will never book here again.」

「Fridge didn't work. TV only got about 6 channels, only 1 was viewable, the ithers were all snowy. Breakfast was a choice of bagel or white bread. No coffee, no juice, no other options. Beds were terrible, we tossed and turned all night. AC kept shutting off. No wifi. Cheap as dirt, but still not worth it. 」
