Also the 3rd bedroom and the second bathroom are downstairs. There was also a great deal of noise down in that bedroom, from either the air conditioner and or the plumbing. Great communication from the owner who even called soon after we arrived to ensure that we had everything that we needed. Really great find - would not at all hesitate...
