Located minutes from Antique Alley and the Louisiana Purchase Zoo. It was clean, comfy, and cozy! If you want a great cajun meal that is close to here, try Trappy's.」

「We visit Monroe occasionally to visit family and have been in some pretty awful hotels in the area. We were super lucky to find this house for our stays in Monroe. The house was so clean and was decorated adorably. I really cannot say enough about this house. The location was convenient and safe. The house was in a in older, quiet, safe location. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Monroe.」

「I want to start by saying the location and price of Sylvan Lake quiet place was excellent. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Also, our host was great about responding and answering questions when we had them. The cons for the trip were lack of organization in the house and cleaning supplies. We really struggled to find things in the kitchen to cook and eat with. Near the end of our stay we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. 「It was very clean. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and nice! I do think some listing pictures need to be updated and maybe an exterminator visit and some upgrades. It was a nice stay tho. It was what we needed to get ready for my wedding without having to fall on top of each other. It is a very spacious home and the back bedroom bed was so comfortable.」
