"The accomodation was well designed and thought out, very clean and a real home from home. The owners Pam and Mark went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and the kids had different inflatables to play with in the pool as well as bikes, table tennis, pool, tennis courts and of course plenty of fishing, and loads of really good sized carp onto the bank (Mark will supply your tackle. and coaching, if you don't know what you're doing - for a small charge). "Spent a sunday night in this delightful hotel an old building renovated and preserving the character. It is very French but the staff are very helpful and speak English. Although the restaurant was closed when we arrived they provided a private buffet for us which was delicious. We had no wants from the staff but you got the feeling nothing was too much trouble.We are planning to return when the restaurant is open, I can not recommend this place more."

"Hotel was holding a large separate function which initially meant we were denied a table in the restaurant - we were on a cycling tour, staying one night, so this was frustrating after a long day's ride. However, on reflection, we were granted a table. Food was superb, facilities were great, once the initial restaurant hurdle was over, we found the staff friendly and helpful."
