「I rented the room for my neighbors as an anniversary present. The room they got was not the room they wanted nor the room I thought I was renting, based on the website. My neighbors enjoyed their stay but is was disappointing to rent a room that was different than what they wanted and what the website showed . The room was supposed to have a jetted tub in their room, not a hot tub outside. 」

「This place is very good. You should stay here. It's simple and straightforward, but you can tell that the owners/operators truly care and have sweated the details. This is a place where they can proudly invite their friends and family to stay. Name-brand toilet paper, nice shampoo and body wash and lotion, nice bathroom fixtures, nice towels, good mattresses, lots of hooks on the walls for hanging your gear, white noise machines to combat the train noise (which didn't bother me at all), and...

「Cute little place right in town, so we were able to walk into town to grab food. Nice that it was pet friendly. The bed was really comfortable. We just wish the room had napkins, tissues and extra towels. The room was clean. Only other downfall was the walls were not very thick, so you can hear your neighbors.」

「Access to gym was limited in the morning to 7:00am. That didn't fit my schedule.」

「First time staying at this hotel and in Ponderay. Very nice hotel and the front desk staff was really nice and friendly. Great location and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We were not very far from Sandpoint either. It was also pet friendly, which was great. We will definitely stay there again! 」
