Very nice log motel, the couple that run it are great, quiet, homey feel, nice king bed, nice breakfast. We checked in very late, like 12:30 am, we should have called them earlier and warned them, they live on the property. We booked though Expedia so they didn’t have a phone number to call us and make sure we were still coming so they had to stay up and wait for us. So sorry. But they were extremely nice about it. We highly recommend it and will stay there again if we are in the area. There is a great little farmers market in Bonners Ferry also, check it out.

We have traveled alot and stayed in alot of places. The room was okay. Pretty basic. The stone floor was cold. The drapery rings were falling apart and hard to manage. The worst was the bed. It was too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The bedding was ridiculous. For a king size bed, the bedding seemed more fitting to a queen or double. the top sheet, pulled tight, barely made it to our shoulders. The small comforter/blanket did not cover the top of the bed. The thin bed spread barely did. It made for a uncomfortable sleep our two nights there. It was nice to get a cup of hot coffee in the morning, but we did not partake of the meager breakfast offerings. The parking is very convenient. The grounds are attractive.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and bright. The lobby has great games and a comfortable atmosphere. The owner is fantastic. We have stayed several years in a row and she remembers us each year!

Staff was very friendly & helpful during booking and arrival. Room was spacious & bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to park right next to our room door.
