「One night stay in this historic house now being used as a hotel located a short walking distance from Hawick centre set in an attractive garden with a wonderful park nearby. Lovely interior with large attractive lounge, entrance hallway and staircase. Large bedroom and en suite bathroom. The Large king-size bed was firm and therefore not that comfortable. Breakfast was a standard traditional option with cereal and juices. Not much interaction with staff except at check in and ordering breakfast....

「Wir haben das Resort spontan für ein paar Tage gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir konnten vor Ort noch all inclusive buchen und hatten zu dem schönen, geräumigen Zimmer jetzt auch noch drei Mahlzeiten, Kaffee und Kuchen und Getränke kostenlos. Alle Aktivitäten, wie Bowling, Kino oder Activity Hall waren im Preis inbegriffen. Während ich bei anderen Ferienparks das dreifache nur für die Unterkunft bezahlt hätte, war hier wirklich alles im Preis...

「Leider mangelt es an kompetenten Personal. Beim Frühstück verstand die junge Frau mangels Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und/oder Englisch nicht meine Fragen bezüglich des Frühstücks, an der Rezeption war es nicht möglich, eine Rechnung auf die korrekte Firmenadresse zu bekommen. 」
