「Room was large」

「The room was clean but the floors did seem a bit crummy. We had some issue with breaker popping but staff were on it in a jiffy. The bathroom door stuck a bit so you had to hipchecknto get out of there. There was no noise issues. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had breakfast vouchers for the adjoining restaurant and food was great and served fresh and hot to our table. I would stay again!」

「The room was horribly dirty. Dirt and crumbs along the wall, coffee pot had old coffee and grounds in it, soap scum in the bathtub and so many ants in 113 and 108. Also, dirty ear plugs and garbage on the floor in 108. The freezer in 113 had a gross red frozen patch that something has obviously leaked and wasn’t cleaned up and in 108 there was a crusty red stain on the sheets. I am very disappointed and grossed out and would like some of my money back.」

「Staff were excellent and accommodating of early check-in and late checkouts and helped us cluster our groups rooms, even though we arrived and departed on different days. The pool facilities were excellent, especially for children, and there was really good workout equipment, with serious weights and pulleys. Unfortunately the bed was a bit soft and the air-conditioning unit sounded like a B 57 bomber trying to takeoff. It was impossible to sleep with the air-conditioning running. it still felt...

「It’s important to contact them for entry to your room. They have a simple procedure. It would be helpful if your phone number or email is accessible for them to contact you. We had a lovely very comfortable suite. Balcony faced away from the view, but it was facing into the forest and was lovely and peaceful. The bed comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The restaurant in the building had delicious Indian Food.」

「Pretty bad, pretty gross, a bit unsanitary I felt, floor is heaved and broken, kitchen sink was disgusting and tap shoots water on you, but it is cheap compared to other hotels around. If you want a quick place to flop for a few hours it’s ok. Also, I booked this through Expedia, and when I checked in I could have booked at the hotel a lot cheaper.」
