Had an amazing stay. The front end girl that checked us in, Kaylin, was great. Nice rooms, they were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

For as nice and clean as your room was I was disappointed that the bathtub wasn’t deeper for a good soak after a long trip.

My stay was good, but it was the most uncomfortable, noisy bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Whenever I tried to turn over, it was unbelievably noisy.

The room was pretty clean and spacious,the staff was super friendly. The bathroom door had a hole in it that someone tried to 'repair' by glueing popsicle sticks over the hole. The door was thin cardboard and probably would have been cheaper and looked better if they would replace the entire door instead of a very bad fix that cheapens the room itself, especially when paying for the king suite.

The hotel is very old and run down. The room had a very old and stagnant smell. The cupboards in the kitchen part to our room came off the hinges when we opened them. Half the plugs in the room did not work. In the bathroom along the bath tub was full of thick dirt that did not look like it had been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was not great! Drink machines were broken and juice jugs in fridge were all empty.

The hand lotion to be lower or on the counter , over all everything was excellent, staff, cleanliness, morning breakfast was fully stock, clean tables and counters! Perfect
