「10 people stayed for 5 nights, AC worked great during summer heat wave with higher than normal temps. Had a few hiccups but the local contact addressed quickly and efficiently. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire.
