「There is no maid service at all. Stayed for 3 nights and had to call using my cell phone to call the main number because nobody answered the hotel desk phone in order to request towels and acted as if we were putting them out. Only a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel which was used first day and was not replaced because no maid service. Reserved a pool cabana and there was no drink service and they never even opened the cabana or pool bar. Had to call to inform the hotel desk and...

「There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.」

「The Aida is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is close to the KC streetcar & the art museums. It is well maintained, the rooms are spacious & the staff is very helpful. Cookie treats & fruit are provided as well as Expresso coffee. Regular coffee would be a nice addition.」

「The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.」
