「Very clean and spacious room with a beautiful view from the balcony. Set back in the woods and no neighbors so very dark and quiet at night. Downtown Greenville is a 5 to 10 minute drive. A wonderful place to go for peace and quiet and beautiful sunrise views of the western mountains of Maine. The staff are super friendly and nice. I will stay again.」

「I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening.
