「The place was wonderful you’ll be delighted」

「The room was set at the right temperature. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fruit and bread. The quality of the coffee was perfect when the barista was there.」

「Either Expedia or the establishment is misrepresentating what is actually there. On the site they claim that there is a shared kitchen. No such thing. I paid an additional$350 for an upgrade. Large rooms, larger balcony with a view. I got nothing like this. I got an average room with an oversize bed smashed up against the wall and a very small balcony on the ground floor with room for only 1 chair. I wasted all that extra money on the upgrade and I got nothing. I complained to the staff, but got...

「Excelente hotel! Recomendo.」

「A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place」
