「Spent 300 dollars for two nights, when I arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper and two tissues left for us (should be a new pack and new roll or at least more toilet paper left for arriving guests). The night staff (male) was rude towards me and seemed to only want to talk to my boyfriend. Both me and my boyfriend woke up with terrible allergies both mornings due to inproper maintenece or negligence to the A/C unit i'm assuming, pretty sure there was mold in that room somewhere...

「The rooms were dirty, sheets, bathrooms and carpet, I changed rooms 3 times and they all had stained sheets and hair, the elevator was not working, the reception staff is not permanent, I waited more than 5 minutes after making multiple calls, the breakfast was very simple, I am a frequent traveler in the area and I have found better hotels for the same price range.」

「The staff found something that we lost in our room, called us and got it back. Nice job.」

「Everything was clean. The toilet made a loud noise when flushed and not a lot of room to hang wet towels. It was conveniently located to the convention center and the black Wall Street museum. I would stay there again. 」

「The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint- the walls are thin. We could hear people in their rooms when we walked down the hall and also when we were in our room. Also- the people above us. Otherwise good value and no complaints. If you are a sound sleeper or don’t mind the extra noise you will be fine. 」
