「We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. 」

「Hot water was a bit on and off (sometimes the shower was cold, sometimes the sink tap, sometimes neither, sometimes both). 9 am breakfast call each morning wasn't requested. Otherwise a nice stay, and friendly helpful staff, but not quite worth the high price.」

「全体的にはいい滞在だった。もっともよかったのは朝食のスクランブルエッグ。絶妙の具合でインドで食べた朝食の卵料理でベストだった。部屋は広くて清潔。ベッドの寝心地も上々。 一方で細かい点で不満が少々。部屋のエアコンの調整が効かなかった。ファンスピードを弱にしても強いまま。止めるしかない。チェックインは割と時間がかかった。このクラスのホテルの平均以下の遅さ。エレベーターのボタンの反応の悪さも気になった。」

「Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff The hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was upgraded to a business class room and it was modern clean and delightful! The spa services were upscale and very relaxing! The buffet was enormous and delicious The restaurant staff were all accommodating and friendly the chefs greeted you personally and made delicious food suggestions Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve had a pleasure of staying I would highly recommend this GEM 」
