「Enjoyed the top notch spa service and also the cab service. Shout out to an amazing front desk rep- Shiny who provided excellent recommendations and also amazing spa staff. Food left much to be desired as there werent a lot of choices for vegetarian food and ala carte. Dust on side tables and room accessories were not clean.」

Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room. 「Hotel ambience, location, amenities are perfet for a vacation, hotel is surrounded with hills which is a pleasure to observe from room's window soecially a sunset time. Though Hotel is not having lavish food options howrver food quality is very good. Staff service is excellent and travel desk too offers reasonable price for hiring car travel and tpur. 「Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised」

「We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. 」

「This “retreat” is at present a construction zone. To their credit, they moved me after one night to a room that did not look out on scaffolding (with workers perched outside my room) and that I didn’t have to walk through sand and cement operations to get to. But I would check to make sure that construction is done before staying here, there is no garden and a lot of noise. Once the construction is done it will be quite nice, the rooms are good and the food is excellent.」

「Every employee at the HOTEL is helpful, polite, and cheerful. It is impossible to single out one Employee because they are all excellent at their jobs. It was a pleasant stay.The hotel is not luxurious, but it is simple and clean.The menu was creatively designed, but some lunch and breakfast options could be added. Danish and croissants were mentioned but were not available, so there might need to be some more breakfast options.」
