「Horrible experience! We arrived at the property at 10pm after a long day at the ballfield and our door code would not work. Contacted the host several times with no answer. Contacted VRBO and was put on hold for an hour and half. VRBO tried to contact host several times and said it was going straight to Voicemail. We finally gave up and went to a hotel (at 1230am). Had to back up at 6am to go back to the ballfield. It is currently 11am and I STILL have not heard from the host, even...

「The property was as pictured and presented and was exactly what we were looking for for fishing weekend. The house is older but it is comfortable it has everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend. We were there for a fishing weekend and the addition of the boathouse was a great asset. The kitchen was well stocked, both the front porch and the upper deck provided a wonderful view of the lake which was peaceful and serene. We definitely plan on being back.」

「Very nice place to stay when visiting northeastern Alabama. Central to a lot of great nature sites and hikes. The trailer is near a couple of other trailers but was private and quiet when we stayed. All appliances worked great. Hot water was hot and lasted. The WiFi could be a little hit and miss at times but it definitely worked most of the time when we visited. We would definitely stay here again.」

「House was beautiful but not clean when we arrived. It was hot and previous tenant had window opened and return air filter out showing it needed replacing. Towels weren’t washed and bed not made. Bathroom sink had hair in it bc wasn’t cleaned. Other than all that, it was absolutely beautiful. Host put us in another home. It was bigger and very nice.
