"Breakfast was great, but get there on time!! Room was nice, could use a little maintenance on entry door and bathroom faucet! Open atrium is great and the beds are super comfy!"

"The room was really nice with the exception of the walls seeming to be paper thin. My wife and I were there to enjoy a relaxing night of relaxation, only to hear the kids in the next room all evening. Early the next morning, we were awakened by the noises of the parents coming in and all of the commetion on packing dropping things and scolding the kids. That morning, we thought a nice soak in the hot tub would be relaxing only to discover the same scene from the night before. The pool and hot tub were overflowing with unruly kids with not a parent in sight. We again decided to pass. The property is beautiful, but do not come here for a relaxing evening after enjoying the shops and restaurants of Bridge Street. Also, I was not offered a birthday discount that I know they offer. When I mentioned it being a birthday getaway, I was give a room with a view of the back parking lot "

"Super easy check-in and check-out. Desk staff is always friendly. Couldn’t be more convenient if you have an early flight. Toiletries smelled nice. It was nice they had the option of ordering from the bar from your room until around 10pm. Our order was wrong, and not the best quality, but having the option was still appreciated (there aren’t any others in the airport at night before security). Rooms are clean, but bathroom showing a little wear. Nothing severe or gross. Walkway to the front desk is pretty much direct from the parking lot. Airline check-in desks are just an elevator ride away. I’m sure we’ll stay here again. "

"This is a newer hotel. Has great amenities. During the morning you can see management or corporate staff meeting and tending to the property which is good. But after management is finished the remaining staff hide. Several times we had to knock on the door for assistance to get no answer. We ended up staying an extra night and were over charged. They had agreed to match our Hotels.com rate of $146 and charged my card over $218. Currently disputing the transaction. They lady to extended our stay did so while on a personal phone call. She didn’t ask for payments or quote a rate. The next day we needed our keys updated, that’s when payment was made and we agreed on the total $146 after showing them the Hotels.com all in rate for the day. Upon checking out - again no one was at the desk to accept my keys so I left them on the desk by the phone after waiting 5 minutes. Our room was never cleaned. We had to keep asking for TP and towels during our stay. We checked in on a Thursday and out on Tuesday. Service is seriously lacking."
