Pet friendly, no carpet which is always a plus with animals, kitchen has dishes, employees are very friendly and definitely have more patience than me😂(I had my 7 y/o in the lobby with me)!!! "The house was in the perfect location for what we needed. The surrounding area was perfect. The house itself had a musty smell upon entry, had rat traps in the corners of each room, and had a moldy coffee filter with coffee still inside, in the coffee maker. Appears no one cleaned that coffee maker prior to our arrival, or maybe in a long while, due to the amount of mold on it. The house could use some updating, but overall was not a bad experience."
