I only had one issue but didn’t make a big deal of it because I only stayed for one night. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The sink water was hotter. I hope it was the room I was in. Everything else was excellent. I will be back if I need a place to stay in Philly. "

"My family has phobia about staying in hotels but the Sonesta is better than those high-priced hotels. This is the perfect place to stay, clean, soft and comfortable beds. "Lobby was nice. Room was nice. Room service was good. The downside is you are almost forced to plan your entire day around waiting for the valet. Upon check in we were advised to give them 10 minutes to get our car when needed. It regularly took AN HOUR to receive our vehicle. They had a group of attendants standing around at the valet desk but only had 1 person retrieving vehicles from the parking garage. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, not an hour! "
