「Really comfortable room with large bed and massive bathroom. The shower was amazing. Good food in the pub downstairs and right next to the nice bridge view point.」

「Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely backdrop.」

「Great hotel, with excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff team. Gorgeous food. Room with outstanding views. Saw Herons on the water from our room and Conwy castle. Access to waking into Conwy. Spa facilities very good, although pool would benefit from being larger as very busy so unable to swim. Would stay again :)」

「We have stayed at Waterloo several times and have always found it very pleasant. The staff are helpful, clean rooms and good breakfast. The pool and gym facilities are good. Nothing fancy or pretentious but they get the basics right and the price is fair. Will likely be staying again.」

「Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful.」
