Room was not the cleanest. Continental breakfast was really not very good. Air conditioner was very noisy. Very tiny refrigerator was very noisy along with other noises in the room. If someone in the surrounding rooms use shower or flushed toilet you can hear it because it was very loud.

We checked in and our room smelled like an ash tray and the room we moved to did as well. Then a 3rd room was very musty. The lady at the front desk was very rude and told us we only had the option between the three rooms she showed us. Horrible experience, will never stay there again!

Staff was great. To be honest the price was so reasonable you can’t complain. My only thing I didn’t like and got over fast was the room smelled of smoke. Loved the waffle maker access to hot tea whenever you wanted it. Great deal that I would recommend to friends

Reasonably priced basic room for a quick getaway to the beach. Room was not updated but was clean and comfortable. Convenient to Westerly and Mystic. Room smelled a bit like cleaning products (maybe this is a good thing?!) when we arrived but smell disappeared after leaving the door open for a while. Staff were all pleasant and coffee in the lobby was appreciated. Will stay again!

We chose mainly for location and convenience. It was good choice. If there longer than few days would have requested top floor room. This trip we were on bottom floor and our last night upstairs guest were loud and sounds travelled.

This place is not a hotel. It is a MOTEL at best. The place is off putting and in poor condition. It feels UNSAFE. I booked this spot for my young daughter and myself last minute when we needed to stay for a convention at Foxwoods. They placed the two of us in the back of the building alone. It felt incredibly unsafe and my gut told me it wasn’t right for us despite the online booking making the place seem like a clean hotel. The room was stuffy, the sheets had rips and holes, and it clearly had been a smoking room at one point. The smell in the room was just as bad as the smell in the lobby. Nothing was updated. I decided to book a new hotel and leave as this was not a good, safe place for us. When I left they told me I had to work with Expedia to get my refund. I did. They gave Expedia the run around for a week before I was told they refused to give a refund. Shady stuff. We walked into the room and left. They should have given a refund and been easier to work with. The front desk woman is also quite rude on the phone days before and the day we needed to leave. If you chance booking here, know you either are forced to stay when you realize it is a dump or you will lose your money when you leave. RUN AWAY AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

There was nothing I liked about this property except for the shuttle driver. There was no hot water, an issue with our registration and the staff member that checked us in was so rude and argumentative. She told me I chose a smoking room, which I never would as I am allergic. We had to throw all our stuff away because I couldnt bring that stuff into my car. And since we already paid there was no opportunity to go elsewhere. I was coughing and my eyes swelled up and I had issues breathing. I had to get a mask so I could sleep there. It was either that our my car. There was NO cooperation or any assistance on be behalf of Candace to try and work something out. Her attitude was basically tough S*** we are on our own. When i explained to her we had no hot water in the shower she argued and when I stated she likes to argue with customers she further argued this point with me and pointer her finger at me. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sure to do what i can to discourage other people from staying there. AWFUL experience!!!

Cute 2 story motel style accommodations. Super clean, friendly, and my room looked recently refurbished with new paint! The lobby had free waffle making station with the continental breakfast.
