「Overall weak management and communication. Communication from the host was poor. Upon arrival the door code did not work and we waited outside for half an hour: messaging, calling and texting before host responded. Had advised in advance that we would be arriving late and with children. Offered an apology but no reparation for the crazy inconvenience. 「メインストリートから一本離れてはいますがホテルの並びにスタバがあるし、見ての向かい側にレストランもあって便利です。 ホテルの朝食バイキングを利用していましたが、種類もボリュームも十分でした。 夜は騒ぐ人も居なくてとても静かです。」

「The room was great for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the full size, deep bathtub was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful and were extremely accommodating in helping me to store several large tote bins overnight.
