「The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...

「Location is about 15 mins from west edmonton mall . There are alot of food options inside bc sa property. The hall way has some smell and beds are not comfortable. The pool looks big in the picture but just a regular size in actual. Good for a night stay.」
