"Private Pool Villa に3泊滞在しました。
お部屋もプライベートプールも広くゆったりとしており、清掃、コンディションも保たれていたので、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
立地は中心部からやや離れているので比較的静かですし、Grabやソンテウを利用したので、不便さは感じませんでした。
フローティングブレックファーストやアフタヌーンティ、プールサイドバーを利用したのですが、何れもお値段のわりにクオリティが高く、満足することができました。
サービス面では、レストラン・バースタッフ、ベルボーイやガードマンの感じはとても良く問題ありませんでしたが、フロントスタッフのサービスに不満を感じ、残念な印象が残りました。
総合的に見ると宿泊費からすると申し分なく満足できるが、5つ星ホテルとして見ると物足りなさが感じられるため、4つ星相当ではないかと評価させていただきました。"
