「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「Well our time is over in Costa Rica and at the Occidental Papagayo. Time for my review We actually stayed in 2 rooms when we were there the standard room over looking well basically nothing lol on the 2nd floor. The room is very nice The bed is really comfortable And you gets Iots of pillows LMAO the bathroom is spacious enough. So before we arrived I emailed the resort and told them my wife has issues climbing stairs and its her 60th birthday so if we could get something on main level...

「We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. 」

「Massive 3 bed apartment with ocean views. Fully fitted kitchen and laundry, (although would've been nice to have a bit of washing powder provided). Lovely pool, and fantastic sandy beach.」

「We had such a great stay. The pool was pristine and great with young kids. Delicious meals and drinks and I liked being outside of Samara in some peace and quiet. Highly recommend 」
