「This house is in a very nice part of Elkhorn, Nebraska. It is pretty far out on 204th Street which we didn't know until already booked but, we certainly felt safe there. I had to contact the owner a few times about various things and always got a response. You may want to consider creating a binder with pertinent info such as wifi password, instructions for checkout (ie-strip beds and put linens in laundry room, start dishwasher, etc). Our kids LOVED the large back yard with the very plush...

「Girls weekend. Originally planning for five. One had to cancel due to heath reasons. Contacted property owner regarding situation and they promptly gave me a refund for the pricing based on 5 vs 4. Certainly didn’t have to do that. They checked in a couple times to make sure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. Property clean. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.」
