「Wonderful little place to stay! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach is very close. Only downfall is construction and street closure. We left for the day so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend! It was perfect for us!」

「We stayed two weeks at Diana's lovely condo. It is in the perfect location for spending time at the beach and taking long walks in the neighborhood. We loved the nearby shops and restaurants. Some were in walking distance. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Despite the noisy construction, we were still able to enjoy time on the nice balcony. Diana was a pleasure to work with and was readily available if we had any questions.」

「My husband and I recently stayed at Sharon's condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean and supplied with many great items. We especially loved that she provided beach chairs and beach towels since we were traveling via airplane. She was pleasant to communicate with and immediately responsive.」

「This place was beautiful. There were full views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even the master bathroom. Also had lots of amenities (even tons of sunblock from past guests) and a storage locker on the ground floor with a cart, beach chair, umbrellas, toys, etc. This place had everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. Would definitely stay here again next time we travel to Naples!」

「The condo was the perfect fit for me… I had a view of the Gulf as well as the waterway. I got to see dolphins and all different types of birds while sitting and enjoying the pool. The beach was a quick walk through the complex. The condo was well maintained, clean, & well equipped. The host was great…. Any questions I had were answered quickly! Looking forward to being in the building next year.」

「We were unaware from listing entire ist floor was not restored, no building security. No garbage disposal,no trash chute, dishwasher didn't work every time, refrigerator froze would not go below 60°.Small temporary fridge wouldn't hold much. Several trips to grocery and or eat out all time. Inadequate clothing racks/ shelving. Master sliding door immovable. Annoying a/c condensation pump noise ,one outdoor fan inop. Sorry not a good value.」

A family emergency resulted in an unexpected trip from the UK and we wanted the privacy, peace and space of a rental. Ruth made the overall process so easy with excellent and prompt communication, sorting out any minor issues quickly. 「Excellent experience. Close to beach. Pool is 50ft out the back door of unit! Large and spacious. Bring soon AAA batteries for remotes and laundry/dishwasher soap. Would definitely return.」
