Great location, quiet and family friendly. Was awesome to have access to the storage unit for beach gear and in unit laundry. Couch was comfy. Took a star off because one of the bathrooms smelled musty the entire time even though it was clean. Also, there are no smart TVs. There was an HDMI cord that we used to hook up a laptop and stream, but smart TVs are pretty commonplace these days.

Great Location!

The host was very accommodating in our moment of need when our previous travel agent in Edisto accidentally shortened our vacation by a day We came up to stay for a couple days and we had everything we needed. This place was near where we normally stay in N. Myrtle. The beachfront location was great! The condo has everything you need. It’s an older spot, of course, so she has some older scents and miles on her. Updates have been made though, here and there. The water pressure is great in the showers!

Everything was clean and worked properly. Locks, TVs and AC units have labels with instructions for use. We had no issues at all.

The condo was nice and in a great location. The storage closet for our beach stuff was great! Check in was easy and we loved the keyless entry. I do agree with previous reviews that a few updates would be an improvement. Having a smart TV would have been nice to watch things later in the evening and the stove could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would recommend it.

Beach fun

Overall the condo was just what we needed. We spent every day at the beach, access to the storage downstairs was great and super convenient to put our stuff. The condo could use a deep clean and some updates. The tvs are small, old, and not user friendly. We would spend the whole day at the beach so at night it would have been nice to unwind and watch a movie. The slider to the balcony was broke when we arrived and so we couldn’t easily access that. The stove was supposed to be replaced but wasn’t and I’ve seen reviews complaining about that for years. Also I thought we were going to be able to grill, but it’s just access to a small community grill in the parking lot and it’s charcoal so we ended up going out to eat for dinners. Communication through the rental company was great. We would recommend staying here but we probably wouldn’t return ourselves unless there were updates to the condo.

Great Location

I loved the location of the property, it was right on the beach, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool area too ! The area and the beach were clean and family friendly. The room had nice updates, however the stove was very old and could certainly use an update. The window A/C units were loud at night, but overall the room was nice sized for our family of 5, we enjoyed our stay .

Great weekend getaway

This property was in a great location. Super easy to access and easy access to the beach. I really appreciated the outdoor shower and hose to rinse off with and the storage closet to keep our beach gear. Everything from booking to check in was simple and flawless. The building is on the older side but the unit itself is nice and has a great layout. Some of the appliances are on the older side but in our short stay there we did not use them. The AC units worked great but could be a little loud. Over all the place was clean and nice, however a deep clean behind some of the furniture (beds) would help the overall cleanliness of the unit. Overall this was a great place to stay, it worked perfectly for my family and you cannot beat the location!

Beautiful Beach Vibe

We loved our stay at Ocean Pier III! The location was perfect and the unit had beautiful costal decor which really made the overall experience calm and soothing. We really enjoyed having access to the storage unit on the ground level so we didn’t have to lug our beach gear up and down each day. It was also very kind of the owners to leave their own pool and beach necessities for our use…saved us some money buying materials. The only real complaint I would have is the front door to the unit; the knob was really hard to turn and it wasn’t easy locking the unit. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and we would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank-you for sharing your home with our family & allowing us to make memories for a lifetime❤️

Family summer vacation

My husband and I brought our two teenage kids for a family vacation. We had a great week! The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed in the Windy Hill neighborhood and I really love this area. It’s very quiet and easy to get to places. I would highly recommend this condo!

Quick Vacay

Over all verynice and clean, great beach. The unit is updated but in an older set of Condos and has a public access area to the beach which was no issue. I prefer a place with an elevator but having the storage unit helped with not packing chairs up and down. We had a problem with ants but i sprayed sone lysol and that helped the issue. The only down is the AC which for this time of year was fine but i can't imagine they keep up when truly hot as it did get a litttle warm but again we were comfortable. I would recommend this unit for a small family. Definitely a nice unit.
