Love this condo and building. Felt very safe and lots of parking. One of the nicest condos we have

Building and condo both exceptionally clean. Wonderful view from oceanfront balcony which was very roomy. only complaint is that the owner may want to look into a new couch and loveseat. Both were starting to be saggy. We stayed 5 weeks and would not hesitate to stay again

Our stat

Great view from our balcony, bedroom and living room. The master bathroom needs some attention. The toliet paper holder kept falling off of wall. There was a bad ceiling leak also. The mattress was not too comfortable in master.

Great location and spacious unit

Spacious, clean unit but showing some need of repairs. The facia on the bathroom cabinets was coming off preventing doors from working properly and causing drawer to open with doors. Patch on MBR wall with tp holder loosening from wall. Kitchen could be better equipped with cookware and some Tupperware for food storage during stay. Still enjoyed our visit! Unit was spacious and clean. Great location and nicely decorated. Would return!

2023 MB vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental check in is old school. Feel visiting office and getting keys is waste of time. Had some issues with condo that really upset me. I messaged the owner and she did attempt to resolve but with other people in condo wanted to consider them also and we ended up declining the help. One issue i tried to resolve on my own. The owner did help in the end and was very grateful. Overall the condo is beautiful & worked very well for my sister who's in a wheelchair.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1110 of Crescent Keyes from 10/01-10/08/23. Worst experience in the 20+ years that I have been traveling and renting in MB. Left after 3 nights.....conditions nowhere near up to reasonable standards:- first day checking into unit overwhelming chemical smell that dissipated after 24 hours. Most likely due to exterminators on 09/30.-every room had at least one visible bug trap. Not something that you expect to see when you're trying to relax on vacation.- unit was overrun with cockroaches. Kitchen counters, bathtub, walls, etc. Apparently similar complaint by another renter the previous month.- sliding door to balcony from living room in need of TLC.- bathtub stopper missing- numerous lighting fixtures inoperable.- instead of staying for 7 Nights, we checked out after 3 nights.Unit/owner/rental agencies need to ensure that the place is livable before renting out again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our 5 night stay was very pleasant. The building was located in an easy to access area. Almost every time we entered the lobby, there was staff cleaning floors, elevators and pool decks. Cleanliness in the public parts of the building was very good. In regards to our condo, we were mostly pleased with its condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Mattresses and bedding were in good shape. Kitchen items were present for cooking, but only one large pot and no smaller pots. There were 2 frying pans, but they were small. All tv’s worked except for the one in the back bedroom. On that tv we were unable to access any channels with the equipment given. The view and porch were wonderful with nice furniture. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff missed cleaning some important spots. When we got there, we found some dirty socks and loose chips under the coffee table. They were in plain sight. In addition, there was a half used water bottle on a window sill in a bedroom. During our stay, we saw no bugs at all in the condo. All in all, a great stay and we would stay there again in the future.

Great Condo, Except For the Roaches

We got to the condo, and were really pleased at first. Everything was very clean, and we loved the room. The mattresses were horrible, and seemed smaller than queen and king size. We were hurting from sleeping on the mattresses. Then it happened. We saw our first cockroach. It was downhill from there. There were cockroaches everywhere, even in our grandaughters bed. They sprayed twice, but, we killed dozens and dozens of cockroaches. We were, and are terrified that we carried some home with us, even though we took every precaution. We did receive some compensation, but not enough, since we worried ourselves sick about them getting on our grandkids, and in our luggage. That, and if we didn't get them all, we might have to pay a professional to exterminate our home. We called it the roach motel. There was even a live roach, stuck in the time display on the oven clock. We showed them pictures, and the guy that came and sprayed was very apologetic. I don't feel like we were compensated enough for the experience. It's sad, because this is a very nice, clean condo. If you don't want roaches, stay away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started off and ended very badly. We were not told that our car top carrier was not allowed at this location. Previously we have always stayed at the Bahama Sands condo and our car top carrier was no problem. When we called back to the office we were told, "what do you want me to do about it". Talk about rude!!?Well we had to take the carrier off and get it up to the 11th floor condo at Crescent Keys apartment.We are in our 70's and this was not easy for us. Well it got worse because on Sunday when we had to put the carrier back it was heavy rain and we go soaked putting it back. The apartment itself was not what we had thought about when we booked, We were under the wrong impression that the apartment had 3 on suite bathrooms when in fact it had only 2 en-suite. At Bahama Sands we had 3 en-suite bedrooms.The toilet holder in the master bedroom was broken off the wall and we were told that it would be replaced after we left.Several windows in this unit have the seal broken so are not clear. The balcony windows/sliding doors were filthy, not been cleaned for a while. Light in the kitchen was not working and we had to call out maintenance to replace the bulb. Again the cleaners should have seen if we had not been using your company for many years we would think that this was normal when in fact over the past years your service has been exceptional.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a beautiful condo on the beach at the Crescent Keyes room 1110 in North Myrtle beach. We stayed there 5days/nights for $1800. The condo was absolutely beautiful! We loved the view, beach access, all the pools, it was perfect for our family! Or so we thought.. Our major issue was COCKROACHES.The first night was great no issues the second night we woke up to multiple German Cockroaches in the kitchen and utility closet. I called North Beach Reality and was told that someone from maintenance would come spray but the palmetto cockroaches were native to the area. My husband stayed in the condo most of the day to speak with the maintenance worker to see what we should do with our own belongings. No one ever showed up. We started looking up the differences between German cockroaches and the American (palmetto) cockroaches and 100% the ones in the condo were German. The office had closed for the day, so I emailed North Beach Reality and told them that no one had came to spray. That night we left every light on in the kitchen, utility closet and dining room since they are generally nocturnal. The next morning we got up only to find more cockroaches. I checked my email and they did email back stating that someone had been there to spray but they would send someone else back out to spray again. I emailed them back letting them know that no one had been out the day before (I know for a fact they hadn't because we had placed things to see if someone had entered into the condo while we were gone). I also asked the realty company what should we do with our belongings. Their suggestion seemed like they were blowing me off, they said- "just shake out your clothes really well and keep your luggage zipped up". Our clothes were hung up and luggage was zipped but they can still travel... I am from Ohio where cockroaches are not native and are generally associated with unclean atmospheres. Bed bugs and cockroaches freak me out and I do not want to infest my own home.

The place is huge. 3 BR, 3 Baths, 4 showers. Large kitchen area and everything worked fine. Ocean front corner on the 11th floor equal more ocean view. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We would definitely recommend this condo and will most likely be repeat guests. The unit was very bright, clean, and spacious. A perfect corner unit on a nice quiet floor. We are people that like to eat in so a few more kitchen accessories would be helpful but the basics are all there. The balcony furniture is comfortable, living room furniture clean and comfy and the big coffee table made a great place for a puzzle and card games. The master bed was not so comfortable but given everything else being so nice we easily overlooked that during our stay. They only other thing i had a problem with, had nothing to do with this particular unit but the building itself, was the chlorine levels in the lazy river and pool. I actually had to cut 2 inches off of my youngest daughter's hair it completely ruined the ends.
