Yacht Club Villas #2-204 Plenty of Room for Everyone!
Yacht Club Villas #2-204 is located on the 2nd floor of Building Two in Barefoot Resort. This spacious 4BR/4BA has alot to offer and is perfect for large families or golf groups. The view from the balconies are perfect for relaxing and having afternoon cocktails or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Have a nice family dinner on the dining room table or enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. There is plenty of seating for everyone. The living room has plenty of space and the large Flat Screen TV is great for watching your favorite shows. There are new ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and in the dining area too.
The Primary bedroom in the front has a King Bed and its own large bathroom with soaking tub. The 2nd front bedroom has 2 Queens. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have their own bathrooms too. There is 2 Queens in one of the rooms and a King in the other. All of the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs and are very comfortable and spacious. All new bedding on all the beds.
The pool area is a short walk away and so is the Marina Bar for cocktails or a nice dinner. The views from the balcony of the Waterway and Marina are beautiful. Barefoot Landing is right across the bridge which has so much to offer. There are lots of restaurants, shops and attractions to enjoy. Catch a show at the Alabama Theater, have dinner at Greg Norman's Australian Grill or check out the animals at Alligator Adventure. There is so much to do here for everyone.
Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses if you like to play. Ask us about setting up tee times. We can give you the information with a quick phone call. There is also a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach if you don't want to drive. A schedule will be given to you at check-in.
Pools open April 1st - Closes October 31st.
This property has a 4 Night Minimum Night Stay in the Summer. On-Site Nighttime Security Provided for your safety. Only 2 parking passes allowed.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS AND NO MOTORCYCLES OR GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED.
All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay!! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

Lovely rooms with a comfortable at home feel. The view was terrific and it was relaxing to view the passing boats, take the beach shuttle, or walk to the pool. The unexpected Monday night fireworks show was beautiful and right in front of our balcony. Everyone wants to return next year.

Barefoot Towers
Second trip to Barefoot and this time with children ages 16-23. This 4 bedroom / 4 bath unit is spacious allowing for everyone to gather for family time or retreat to their own space for privacy. The front doors need painting as they are rusting however once through the doors, the place is very clean. We did not use the bus service to the beach that runs on the hour as it is a quick drive to the beach with no parking issues. We used the pool which is well maintained and catered to young and old. We played golf at Love and Dye and enjoyed tasty lunches at the club houses. If you are looking for more activities that are within a 30 minute ride try Downtown Myrtle, Broadway at the Beach or close to resort is Barefoot Landing or the House of Blues where we went to a Murder Mystery dinner. All and all a great trip!

Great stay and beautiful rental room with great view
Love the rental property. I will definitely stay again. However, please put in screens in all the patio doors and clean the garbage disposal as there was a bad smell with gnats flying around the sink. Other than that beautiful room, very spacious, and everything we was looking for. I recommend staying.
